โEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.โ
โThe room was very nicely furnished out. The one down side was the view of room!! The breakfast was very good. The amenities werenโt used but will return to do so in the near future. The staff in all areas of the hotel were amenable to requests. Thank you โ
โExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ยฃ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. โWe came here for a night for our 25th wedding anniversary as this is where we spent our wedding night.
