Sehr gutes Apartment, leider ohne Service

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schönes Apartment, ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht.

The apartment looks the same as the photo but dirty. Under the carpet and the sofa was really dirty. The linen did not feel clean and there were no towels. We asked for towels and they told us that the next day they were going to bring us but they never brought anything. The apartment itself is fine and pretty but the service and cleanliness was terrible.

Nice... but...

Nice place, comfortable, clean... but kitchen didn’t work and nobody took responsibility. I called because I bought foo to cook. Admin has to be aware of this.
