Algo anticuado el mobiliario, el calentador de agua no funcionaba bien y al poco rato dejaba de salir agua caliente. BaƱo bastante antiguo,necesita reforma. Se agradece que haya agua en bidĆ³n en los apartamentos. Lo mejor el personal, amable, atento que se esfuerza en atender y resolver los problemas incluso durante el fin de semana y estĆ”n atentos a las necesidades. A pesar de su esfuerzo, no puede compensar que son limitados y antiguos los recursos. Los propietarios deberĆ­an invertir mĆ”s en reformar y modernizar los apartamentos.

El departamento esta en una zona centrica de Asuncion, a unas 8 quadras del centro comercial. No es un hotel pero son departamentos (grandes, viejos pero comodos) de alquiler, con cocina.

El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Le faltaba ventilaciĆ³n. No tienen desayuno disponible, como es un alquiler la limpieza es opcional y la cochera es externa. Es una aceptable opciĆ³n para viajes cortos
