“The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. “I booked a room under the pictures that showed spaciousness, with a tea table and chairs and with a city view. They gave me a small room with no tea table and chairs, with a window facing a wall of a building nextdoor. And the room was so small that a closet was blocked by one of the beds. “Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed.
