Terrible experience!

Worst experience I ever had in my life. The first, it was the rule of the managing company to confirm arrival 24 hours before. But they didn’t respond to my messages and calls until one hour before actual arrival. The second, the apartment was terrible - it was dirty and the bathrooms were in terrible conditions. The third, the check-out time is noon but a man with two women came at 11 am and started pushing us out in a very rude manner and scared my children. They left us alone only when I showed them the email confirmation of the booking where check-out time is 12 pm. I strongly do not recommend!
