My bedroom was not clean the end of the day, I had to ask clean towels and everything else. Another think the breakfast was missing coffee and juice. I was needed to use washer and dryer machines and they had no quarters.

Everything would have been great if the wifi in the rooms was working. No wifi for the 3 days I was there. It would have been helpful if there was something posted informing guests about the wifi. I spent 30 minutes trying to connect only to go the desk and be told oh it's not working.

When we arrived the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. There was an issue with the booking where the hotel didn’t reserve the second room for our stay even though they could see it was reserved through Expedia and later charged me at a higher rate for another room. The shower was dirty and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor which I should have known there were issues with the air conditioners at this hotel because of the pile of them in the parking garage. Lastly, I had requested two queen beds and the beds are definitely not queen size but only full size beds. I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

When we checked in they held 100 dollars damage charge just in case ,but i know most do that but..... they aren't going to release it until 7-10 business days most only charge 50 and then with in 48 hours after you leave it is released back .Then there are no vending machines only behind the desk cooler and.... only offerd Gatorade nothing else in stock . We will never stay here again!
