was thrilled with the service from the Omni. Because it was our wedding night, they upgrade us to a suite on a high level floor. That was a huge deal for us. They were attentive to detail and very accommodating for our late arrival. The room however was a disappointment. The lighting in the bathroom and vanity area was exceptionally dim and made it hard for my wife to apply her makeup the following morning. In addition, the coffee maker was a major issue. One water container was cracked and wouldn't hold water and the other container had mildew in the bottom. They did bring us a replacement, but both reservoirs had mildew spots in the them as well. We just decided we would purchase coffee the next morning. There was also no microwave in the room which we found odd for this level of hotel and I had to go to a different floor to heat water for tea. Finally, there were no fans in either the bathroom or the toilet area. Keep in mind this is a luxury hotel and a SUITE that we were in. Just seemed a little stripped down for the price.

Didn’t realize it was literally next to Truist Park so did not anticipate the noise level. Good to be able to watch the game from the fifth floor bar but the noise from the stadium and street kept me awake until one a.m. the food was good but the choices were limited. The staff was helpful and kind.

We so loved the location of the hotel to the venue. We had late night food from their restaurant that was absolutely delicious. It was a 5 star experience til it was time to shower after being in the sun all day. We discovered we were given an Ada shower so no shower head attached to the wall so that was the first hurdle. The shower bar detached itself and came loose coming a couple inches from hitting my head. Therefore, my husband wasn’t able to shower at all. Upon checking out, we were given complimentary overnight parking in exchange for the inconvenience. Still not understanding how that made it ok. When asked why I was given Ada in the first place, I got no answer.

Best hotel in the world. Amazing views of Truist Park. Staff is friendly and love how much the Braves are integrated into the property and how the staff supports the Braves on game days. If you are going to Truist, no better place to stay.

The property was spectacular! It is a beautiful hotel nestled right next to Truist Park on the battery. Prime spot for a Braves baseball fan and anyone wanting a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Every staff member was impeccable with their hospitality. We had a hiccup with our 3rd part payment with Expedia and Keri Johnson, assistant manager, resolved our issue promptly and was over the top accommodating! Jessica, at the National Anthem restaurant in the hotel, gave super service, a great attitude and made us feel welcome! I would definitely recommend the Omni hotel and give a 5 star rating.
