Hello Iesha we certainly apologize that this situation was not handled as we would have hoped. While your guest did report that upon opening the door and not even having actually entered the room they may have seen something, the actual reservation holder who also did not enter the room was not able to corroborate that sighting. Maintenance was onsite, checked the room, moved the furniture, and also was unable to find anything either. Even with that, as well as our long history of never having a report of any activity of that type, we could have better conveyed this message. Please reach out to us if you had an issue receiving the refund that you and your guest received prior to your leaving the property as a courtesy. This review says otherwise and if there was an issue with that refund or the receipt that you received for that refund prior to leaving the building, we'd love to assist in any way we can.

While we certainly understand that towels will get dirty we do charge for linen when it's beyond typically use consisting of makeup, hair dye, and like damages. We do hope that if you find yourself in the area again you choose to stay with us.
