The property was under construction and had very limited access through an unmarked garage opening. The Air conditioning did not work in the first two rooms that I was given, So I was moved three times before i could get settled in. There was no food available, and no coffee or beverages in the room. The only amenity was some coffee in the lobby at 7am. I was looking for a hotel with boardwalk access, and the front of the building was completely torn up and inaccessable. It was a very disappointing experience.

Park was in alley next to dumpster! There was another dumpster at entrance. There was NO ceiling or walls just a plastic hanging at check in. Stunk so bad! Elevator was falling apart, floors looked like the were not cleaned in 40yrs, room smells of stale cigarettes and mold, rug was so dirty can't tell what color it was supposed to be. I NEED a refund as i had to find last minute accommodation at another hotel no one has helped with this either though I reached out to expedia when I was at the property.

The room was VERY dusty and dirty, the walls had boogers on them & something smeared on them, which we cleaned. Very noisy, could hear people in next room chatting, wrestling?! Had to request clean towels bc the ones in room were filthy. Very old, needs upgrading, the only plus is it's on the boardwalk, they could capitalize on that.

The hotel was nice & it was worth the money the room was a very nice size surprisingly & the balcony face the beach only thing was it had someone's hair on the phone & in the back of the bathroom door & the lamp next to my bed didnt work the guy at the front desk was really nice it was a nice hotel I only stayed 2 nites it was a nice for a last minute stay I would stay again

There was construction going on, the road directly below was noisy leading to the beach. The r room was not the cleanest nor did I feel safe with the connecting door to the next room and the TV blaring in there all night, and the flimsy lock on both the front door and connecting door.
