The hotel was fine, but nothing special. The room was clean and functional, though dated in spots, still the overall experience felt above average for Atlantic City. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive, and amenities were basic. It works if you just need a place to sleep near the boardwalk casinos, and clubs… always a good option if you’re looking for comfort or value nearby..

The room was clean and the staff was exceptional and helpful. The casino and the Quad seemed very outdated. Everywhere you went you heard something creaking or squeaking. The Chelsea tower seemed like a ghost town.

They gave me a room in a completely different tower which took 20 mins to walk from the garage. The tower I was in was so outdated and musty that I checked out and took the family to the Borgota. We like to stay at Tropicana because of the food options. The last straw was the pool being closed during the week and not finding out until I arrived.
