The apartment was in great condition. The bed was super comfortable and I slept so well. Great place to stay and I would recommend it.”

In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. ”

“The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....
