"We chose to stay at this hotel over any other hotel because they have a shuttle service to the Disney and Universal Theme parks. We thought we would be able to use the shuttle service and save money on Uber and Lyft rideshares. I called the reservations desk and confirmed that their shuttles went to all of the parks and they said yes. However, when I was handed the shuttle info sheet, I saw that the shuttle service only had 1 pick up time each day and 1 pick up time at each park each night. When we compared their schedule to our schedule, nothing matched up. For example, Epic Universal park opens at 10:00 a.m. but the shuttle to Epic park picked up at our hotel at 7:00 a.m. only. There were no multiple pick up options for times which is how I think of a shuttle service working. They wanted us to fit into their schedule rather than them fitting into our schedule. So, our trip ended up costing us more money in Uber/Lyft rides than we were expecting. Since that was the reason I selected this hotel and I did my due diligence in double checking that they indeed offered shuttle services, I was disappointed that that feature did not work out for us. Everything else about our stay in this hotel was nice and as expected."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were absolutely fantastic and always so kind. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and everything stayed nice and clean. I really appreciated the great customer service being able to message the hotel anytime through the app made things easy, and they replied quickly. Sometimes it was an AI bot, but other times it was a real person from the team. The free theme park shuttle was a nice bonus; the timing was mostly early evening or late night to return from park, so we ended up using Uber to get back, but I can’t complain about a free ride! Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay again. Great location."

"Amazing place to stay at. The villas were clean and beautiful. Lots of of room and space. There was a back deck, which was a nice hangout spot. The pool and waterpark were great. The kids enjoyed it very friendly staff and great location not far from Disney World. Our stay definitely felt like we were “ welcomed home.” would stay again!!!"
