Beware street noise

Property is very comfortable and perfectly located, however noise from below street/parking and walkway is unbearable and constant all night long. If you are after a decent sleep, do not book.

This property is always our go to when we stay in the Viaduct.The property is always clean and tidy and an amazing place to stay.There were even makeup remover pads and cotton wool in the bathroom.Parking just downstairs as well and a little walk to the Restaurants in the Viaduct

Great location and a cosy, homely feel.

My fiancé flew in Christmas morning from Los Angeles and they were so accommodating allowing us to check in early which is very appreciated. The place was clean, had everything you need. . . appliances, extra towels and pillows and the place has beautiful all day sun. The location is perfect and away from the noise the viaduct can bring. Very safe and secure, I will definitely stay here again.

As stated in previous review, instructions for locating key and property would be improved with a diagram showing locations. Apartment itself is probably the best I have stayed in. Really comfortable. 5 stars

The apartment was well equipped so we were able to prepare several meals. Had trouble trying to navigate the TV and on several occasions the program dropped out and we had to work our way through to begin again (lack of instructions on what to do!). Parking was expensive and because we had to book online were not able to access the cheaper version available (apparently) only with an app. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lady (Daisy) at the Wharf Office was very helpful.

It’s a great location and the hosts sent plenty of detailed instructions and rules prior to arrival. The lack of access to a regular front desk and the parking concerns due to cruise ships’ blocked off restrictions for the wharf gave us a little worry that we don’t have with hotels. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and the unit itself had great amenities. The pros definitely outweighed my unwarranted fretting. ;) Thank you! Next time will be easy peasy!

The property was clean in a safe area and transportation was close by. Maybe user could not figure out the heat pump to get the hearting up. Also the passwords did not work for Netflix so we used our own. Other than those two things everything was good.

A bit of a rocky start when the check-in email didn't come through, but I was able to contact someone who helped work that through- most of the directions were good except they sent me to the wrong floor but I was able to figure that out on my own fairly easily. The property was great, awesome location, really quiet, super easy parking and the parking discount code was great too! (The PILLO one is $10 cheaper than WAIHEKESPEC as of August 2023) Would stay again, would just make sure the check-in email was there before I left!

Front door does not lock properly - easy to fix just needs to be screwed in properly. No parking included. $20 for 12hrs. Lovley outside area, fantastic having laundry in the unit. Lound, kitchen, bedroom all very nice. There was food (half eaten) left in the fridge but that took 2 seconds to throw away. The noise outside with party goers, extremly loud cars racing up amd down the driveway was the qorst. But extremly convienant location.
