The studio was very new and clean, staff extremely helpful. While small, the space is thoughtfully designed, decor is uncluttered and restful with no clashing colours, a thick pile carpet and easy to manage inner and outer drapes. We loved the bright, clean bathroom with accessible wash gel, shampoo and conditioner ready for us in the shower box. The kitchen had everything we needed for a good breakfast and late afternoon snacks. On the whole we really like this hotel and would gladly come again.

Reception staff were very friendly. Room was small but perfectly adequate for 1 nights stay. Walked to the Gastropub down the road and onto a concert at the Power station, all within good walking proximity. Would stay here again.

I had to get a paid assigned parking spot. I found that some others used my assigned spot two times. Concerned about parking at other areas and get towed while I was sleeping in the room. Why would I pay for assigned parking if others can park use that spot without any action by QUEST.

I’d stay somewhere else.

I’d book somewhere else, honestly. Not very good customer service, not very friendly. Our biggest complaint was they don’t have access to cable channels like Sky Sports, which for the price and star level, is insane. Especially during the World Cup! Also annoyed with the fact that the heater was only in the living room, so our bedroom was freezing the whole time we were there. The closet in the bedroom was tiny and half the drawers were overstuffed with blankets. The water container in the fridge was dirty. I felt lucky I read in another review to book parking in advance. Note to desk staff: please say “hi” or “welcome back” when people come and go. Ask me if I enjoyed my stay. Basic interactions go a long way.
