New hotel with "growing pains". Chromecast did not work (and after requesting 3 times for help) the "fix" was to move to another room. Wet towels were folded and put with the clean towels by housekeeping. Multiple plugs around the room did not work. The ac blew directly on one side of the bed and was either hot or cold. The location was close to the art gallery and walkable to the pier.

The room was fine until I attempted to have a shower. While carefully closing the shower curtain and placing a shower mat on the floor I was horrified to find that the actual bedroom had water for approximately eight or 9 meters in the room

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This place opened only two days before we arrived. So there were a very quirks to be ironed out in our room. We informed the front deck and for the inconvenience the gave us a complimentary breakfast.
This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated in a contemporary style.
