"The staff was very helpful and I was able to get early check-in without any trouble. They provided me with coupons for a free smoothie, coffee and drink for each day I was staying. The hotel was clean and close to everything."

"Only issue my wife and I have with Talking Stick Casino is the price of drinks whilst playing slots. I can see $7-$10+ at a nice bar in the casino or restaurant, but for a drink while gambling? Other than that, the pool areas are great! The Vet discounts are much appreciated! Blue Coyote has awesome breakfasts thats reasonably priced! The showroom and grand ballroom are relatively small, providing the concert experience up close and personal. Rooms are nice! Enjoy Pete’s coffee pods and real coffee mugs, only issue is the shutters Let a lot of light through when closed, causing a somewhat rude awakening after a good night out."

"Breakfast was fine. Chef making omelets and pancakes to order was a nice touch. Bar/restaurant was fine. Good burgers and pleasant staff. Although they need to consider opening the restaurant earlier than 4 on Sundays. Pool was full of people and wasn’t able to get food"

"First time at this location. Easy outside parking. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe. Lovely lobby space and easy check in. Didn’t use the commissary area, but it did look well stocked and the chocolate chunk cookies looked amazing! Room was a little dated, but clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable. The linens were very soft and smelled clean, although the pillows were small. Water pressure was great in the shower and the bathroom was clean… and bonus, the towels were soft and not scratchy! I’m actually very happy to find this hotel. I stay in Phoenix a lot and even though this was a little out of my way in Mesa, it was worth it!"

"Nice clean room breakfast was good the afternoon reception was decent I’m use to 4 drinks that I’ve received at other Embassy Suites but it was fine. The set up of this particular Embassy Suites was a little different it gave apartment settings but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The only thing that I had a problem with was the toilet pressure it just wasn’t enough."

"I will likely not stay here again. I waited 4.5 hours for my room to be cleaned upon arrival. I let them know I would be landing early a week in advance. The food at Cala was pretty basic. The room chargers weren’t strong enough for my work laptop. Ultimately couldn’t work. I ordered room service. Food was wrong. "
