"It appears that management has been lacking, the employees are working hard but appear to be overworked. Cleaning throughout the property needs to be addressed, the carpet in our room was stained and dirty, dust was apparent throughout the room. Only 1 desk chair no other seat, when asked if something could be done to get a second chair we were told we could carry one from the breakfast area which was downstairs from our room!"
