Highly recommended rental. Incredible location across from ACL Live in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the convention center and dozens of restaurants. Property management company communication was excellent and I hope to stay here again in the future.

This is always a great stay in Austin - my 5th time at Kasa downtown. Condo is super well located - bed is very comfortable, and having full kitchen amenities with groceries within walking distance makes this a really great choice.

Great location in downtown Austin. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Enjoyed the balcony. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options, as well as the walking paths along the river (and kayaking). Enjoyed the pool area. The cost was comparable to many nearby typical hotels but you get a large kitchen and living room with a balcony. In my opinion, it would be crazy to pick a typical downtown brand hotel over Kasa when visiting Austin. Would definitely stay here again.

The bad: no clocks anywhere but on kitchen stove, no bath mats, no pillows on the couch so used bed pillows, no kitchen towels or cloths, no brooms or dustpans, loud traffic-mostly motorcycles all night. Location was great. A little loud over the weekend, but close to lots of restaurants, bars and the high-line. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The negatives were the water pressure and the transparent toilet paper. Otherwise it would have been excellent.
