I loved my room facing the courtyard and the pool. It was quiet, clean and had all the conveniences I needed. When I had any questions the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved Austin overall and having a lovely place to stay was the cherry on top.

This is a great place to stay and conveniently located. The staff are helpful and very friendly. I love how it was right by the river walk. I could go for a run every morning. It is a newer property. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchen and sitting area. For the price, I feel parking should be included and not extra.

Great room with lots of space. Loved the self parking option; it's a gated garage so your car feels secure. Our two recommendations are to drop the multi-digit code for the door, elevator, garage, etc. If this were a key card, it would save a ton of time and frustration. The other one is to tweak the front desk. It's two small desks where you sit down to check in- it feels odd; it should be a counter, which naturally makes the transactions that happen there faster. The ladies were nice, but need a little more polish and professionalism. Other than this, it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Placemakr in Austin. The unit was nicely appointed, with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, which gave us plenty of space. It felt much more like staying in an apartment than a hotel, and was very comfortable for a couple of days working while in the city. The location was great—close to downtown and convenient for getting around. Despite being so central, it was also very quiet, which we really appreciated. Comfortable, spacious, well located, and a great setup for a work stay or a few days exploring Austin. We’d happily stay here again.
