It was a very nice stay for us.. With covid there were obviously changes, like breakfast, pool, etc.But that wasn't their fault.

I came to Quail Hollow when my power went out. My room as clean. My bed was comfortable and there was also a comfortable chair in the room for me to sit in. Great deal!

worth the price

The hotel is really nice. Decor was great. Only issue was the matress was thin and lumpy. They pillows were either overstuffed or had barely any filling.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Unfortunately comforter had dried blood on it, toilet kept clogging but nothing was in the toilet. The plunger brought to our room was full of other people's poop. Very gross.

This was for a good getaway stay but not quite so sure I would classify this as a resort but hey what do you expect in Painesville Ohio

We love staying here whenever attending family events nearby. Rooms are clean and the hotel has a quaint feel to it.

Honrymoon stay

We stayed at the hotel one night after we just got married. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was closed to public. There were ants dead and alive in the bathroom but the staff ,although,very nice,didn’t think it was an issue.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Towels left over from someone else. Found someone else’s jewelry wrapped up in towels. Underwear wrapped in towel. Was very disappointed website said pool. Pool was closed. Pump had been broken for a couple days. I would not have booked this place. Very dated decor and room furniture. Expected a lot more for the price.

The room and hotel was nice but sadly the air conditioning didn’t work the greatest so the room was stuff and humid which made it hard to sleep.

An average hotel Appeared to have once been a very nice place. My biggest issue was the shower curtain liner had stains on it. It was either dirty or they were mildew stains on it. Didn't even what to shower!
