โThe room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
โLoved this for a city staycation to celebrate our anniversary - the city was easily accessible, whilst the boutique charm of the property and the area lets you feel more relaxed. Appreciated all the special touches of this property, and the personalised service. โ
โPerfect fit for families traveling. Access is not easy to the City on walking, although not far when using uber. Free minibar is well beyond expectations and swimming pool is wonderful.โ
