El hotel esta construido dentro de cuevas por lo que es muy lindo pero un poco frío. No tiene elevador. La atención del joven de recepción muy buena, nos recomendó lugares e incluso nos ayudó a armar nuestro itinerario en Capadoccia. La pareja que atiende el restaurante es maravillosa y el desayuno delicioso.

Otelde nem ile savaş

Kaldığımız oda büyüklük açısından ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Mağara konsepti olarak gittik ama bu kadar rutubet beklemiyordum. Yastık falan hep ıslak durumdaydı. Güneşe çıkarıp kurıtuyorduk. Kaloriferi açtırdık haziranda o kadar soğuk odalar. Sular çok sıcak akmıyor. Otelde kimse havlu lazım mı şampuan bitti mi demedi hepsini bizim söylememiz beklendi. Otelde gram yiyecek yok, gece açlık çeksen açsın. Mini barda 2 snicers 2 de biskrem var. Kahvaltı rezalet sana masayı hazırlıyorlar açık büfe değil. Poğaça börek yok. Yumurtayı istemezsen vermiyorlar. Peynir sınırlı, domates salatalık sınırlı. Konum olarak çok iyi ama otel olarak biz vasat bulduk, tercih sizlerin.

This hotel is great!!!! The staff is really helpful and willing to make your stay memorable. The owner makes sure you get the most out of your visit and it is located in a quiet area of the town. It is close to the air ballons launching site and walking distance to some restaurants. We highly ecommend it.

First time in a cave, wonderful experience but the beds are so hard... shower was amazing, breakfast was great each morning, plenty to eat. The owner organized our horseback riding and Green Tour, pick up and returns for both. Great hospitality.

Great breakfast, very clean and friendly staff

The location a little far from restaurants and shops, the hotel it self was comfy and inviting I enjoyed my stay in this place. One of the staff called Ali, he was helpful and very friendly. I must say great breakfast and food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Different experience

It was a good experience for my family and they all had a great time and enjoyed the theme of cave hotel. For me it was different and not as comfortable as I expected but the service I got from the owner Halim was more than needed. He was a kind guy and always ready to help guests. He gave me local Curency to use drove me to city centre for mobile sim and helped in all other matters.

I’d definitely like to stay here again!

This hotel is amazing. I don’t mean only about facilities, I meant everything was amazing. Especially what I really like is those staffs. All of them are super kind and the host was so helpful. He suggested where should I go during staying, and helped me to do some tour with good prices. And those tours were awesome! In addition, this hotel doesn’t have a 24 hours reception. But the host waited for me until 4.00am and he picked me up to the bus station. I really appreciate that. About facilities, I have nothing to say about bad things. Some people says cave hotels are dirty, cold and dark! But that’s not true. This hotel is really super clean, not dark and it’s WARM! Always when I enter my room, I felt warm, never feel cold. And everyday, when I have a incredible breakfast, I’m always totally satisfied with it. Their breakfast is really awesome. If I’m back to Göreme, I’m sure, I’m going to stay this hotel again. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, I highly recommend staying here. Once again, I really thank all of staffs for having me a great time here.

Excellent location and perfect hotel management. Halimbey is the owner and manager of the hotel. He created a warm environment for a comfortable stay. Halimbey does not limit with the hotel service only. He can easily offer his van and himself for trips to famous tourist sites. I spent three days together with my family and have no regreds!
