"Spacious comfortable room with really friendly and helpful staff."

"There was a water leak in the middle of the night, and maintenace came to fix it in the morning delaying our day as we could not shower etc. The response from the reception when we told them was sorry but in a way that felt it was normal and we should accept it. Then our sun tan lotions were taken from the sun lounger when we left for a few minutes and the straw that broke the camels back was unprofessional approach at breakfast.Sufice to say we complained and were told the manager would contact us today, guess what still no contact. Based on their approach to customer service I wouldnt stay there again."

"It’s been quite some time since our last stay, and the property is still very well maintained. Even during Ramadan, the hotel was almost at full occupancy. We requested connecting rooms but didn’t get them..instead, we were given two rooms next to each other. Unfortunately, the first-floor room we received had a disappointing view from the balcony. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.. The paid padel courts were booked most of the time, but the two tennis courts were available and we managed to reserve slots and use them without issue.. The pool was quite crowded in the mornings and afternoons, but it became very peaceful in the evenings, with the water pleasantly warm. We had a great great time there along with the kids.. We especially loved the easy access to the beach, as always. Although we didn’t swim in the sea, it was lovely for evening and early-morning strolls.. The staff were consistently outstanding; special thanks to Mr. Remeesh at Tomato restaurant for his exceptional service.. The breakfast spread at Musandam was impressive and very enjoyable.. Overall, a wonderful stay 👍"

"Very clean and nice rooms. Always refill of waterbottles, coffe and tea. Very nice breakfast where you could sit indoors or outdoors. Very nice poolarea, and also very clean. Staff were superfriendly"

"Room was great for the price. Comfortable and clean bed. Amazing bath tub to soak in. Mini fridge and coffee area. Got a late check out for one of our rooms. Staff were friendly for the most part. My room phone didnt work and although I told the front desk, it didnt het fixed. If you order food, they arent allowed to come up but no one would tell me it was there si it would just sit in the lobby."
