Beautiful hotel in middle of city square. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convenient parking right next to hotel. Only complaint is that the check in process was terribly slow - just one person and was taking too long for each person.

One thing to be aware of of that the hotel does not have an evening restaurant. Not much of a problem as there are plenty of really good eateries in Aviles but good to know in advance!

Todo muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El servicio en restaurante y bar muy malo, no tienen personal y se agota la comida y la bebida. Otra es que no tienen suficientes habitaciones con ducha, tiene puras bañeras, para el adulto mayor es muy complicado utilizar las bañeras, son muy inseguras.

L'emplacement est idéal. Le parking est payant et assez cher. De façon générale, la qualiité de repas n'était pas bonne. Par ailleurs, dans notre chambre, ni le téléphone ni certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais, il est à souligner que le personnel est adorable.

This property is excellent in every way, a true five star hotel. I suggest that guests be informed to park underneath Plaza D'Espana, otherwise it is a nightmare to find.
