My family of four (Dad, Mom, kids 11,8) enjoyed our stay. The ski in, ski out with a ski locker/locker room was fantastic! Our unit was clean with clean sheets, extra towels, etc. The TVs (and their remotes) all worked, etc. The staff was very friendly and basically got us an extra day on the slopes by working out the logistics of an early check-out combined with a late afternoon airport pick-up. Couple of things to note: We were in a second floor unit with a family above us tromping around in ski boots early in the A.M. Not a huge deal because we probably did it, too, but something to be aware of. The pool was heated but had a cover that has to come on/off. It was clean and the two hot tubs were great. I wish we had thought of picking up steaks for the grills. Speaking of groceries, we booked Lyfts to and from City Market and stocked up for the week (restaurants in the Village are so-so, esp for kids.) The Village Connect Shuttle App was nice when we didn't want to make the hike back up the hill to home. Also, the firepit next to the ski bridge was a great spot to watch the Thursday Fireworks! Loved this place, will be back.

Two night family escape.

Two night stay in Beaver Creek with the family. The room(s) were nice and each room had a private bath, which was nice. Overall it was comfortable the only criticism would be the place was dated with old appliances and furniture. Definitely a nice stay and the area was amazing.

Misleading VRBO listing

Renter beware! The pictures listed on this ad are NOT the actual rental that you are given. We were under the impression we would be close to the ski locker (a huge plus w small kids) but in fact were put in a basement/lower level condo the farthest from the ski locker as possible. The unit itself is ok but dark, poor ventilation and no control over heat. We did not receive any information about check in and had to reach out to property company less than 24 hrs before check in to figure out what was going on. We liked Kiva overall but would not recommend this property.

It was a great place to stay, excellent for kids. Awesome treatment, ski in ski out sooooo good ,plus we had lockers for our equipment. In adición had a fully staked Kitchen were we just made grocery shopping and cook our meals so we took advantage of the ski in ski out opportunity. Underground parking, and it can accommodate up to 12 people easily maybe more. Employees are friendly and it was a no hassle check in check out. I’ll be returning!

This was a family friendly condo that was perfect for our newborn and toddler. Small things set this place part like the wooden step stool for our toddler to reach the sink and a crib in the master for our newborn. The loft was a great bonus found only on 4th floor units. The location was perfect and just a short walk down a trail to the lifts /hyatt / and beaver creek village. We will be staying at the kiva and this condo again.

Our stay at the Kiva.

We really enjoyed our stay and the bridge to the ski area worked out very well for us to get to and from the slopes quickly. It was fun to be able to go to the pool at the Hyatt and also use the one at the Kiva. We enjoyed wood fires in the condo in the evenings and coffee in the lobby any time.

Confusion about parking, otherwise good.

There were two people working at concierge. One was incredibly helpful. The other one, was not. We had called ahead about needing additional parking and were told it would be first come first serve and then it turned into a hugely complicated issue once we arrived. The woman told us (after the fact) she could have given us an extra spot. The man told us we had to park elsewhere, but couldn't give us info about where. Other than that, it was a great stay.
