“I think for it to be a brand new hotel they had some things down like the ice machine on my floor and the pool was not heated as advertised. I also had to make several complaints on kids jumping in room above so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything so for that reason I would never stay at this location.”

“I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....

“The large refrigerator is very handy! We always travel with about 3- 4 days of prepared food and having the large microwave is also helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we will stay again when passing through the area.”

My only complaint is the time period of the breakfast on weekends. When we checked in, we were told breakfast is from 6:30 until 9:30 am. “Everything was perfect ”

“The beds were horrible to the point where we were afraid we would roll out of bed because the mattress was so uneven. The beds squeaked like they were cracking. The bathroom has not been cleaned well and all bottles in the shower of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty or broken. Towels were super small. Right outside our door was the ice maker that had a tray full of mold. It also sprung a leak so they put up a sign about the wet floor but the carpet squished when you walked on it and...
