This place was great! It is a time share so they are going to try and get you, but they were not aggressive. If you get a food or drink credit tell your server before you pay. I got burned on that.

Every time it took a shower in room 18123 water leak through the shower gasket in door gasket and made a three square-foot puddle across the room in front of the wash sink. I reported it three times and talked to four different managers about it. On the fourth day it’s still leaked but not as much. My room charge was adjusted appropriately for my having to mop the floor and worrying about falling and breaking something, me!

Clean room, gracious staff

ChikFilA folks were pleasant to deal with as we've all come to expect. The rest of the actual hotel employees we interacted with seemed bothered to be at work, except for the folks eagerly trying to sell you a timeshare or whatever they were trying to hook us up with--naturally they wanted to speak. The room itself was right above the AC units on top of one of the roofs.
