“The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.”

“Here is amazingly quite, cozy, and convenient cottage for traveling of all families! Take a good moment in your life right now^^”

“The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.”

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’insonorisation : nous n’étions pas gêné par nos voisins ( la résidence était complète au moment de notre séjour ). Le local pour stocker les skis étaient très pratique et la salle de jeux appréciée par nos enfants. Il est également possible de louer les skis directement à la résidence. L’accès aux pistes peut se faire à pied en quelques minutes.”

“The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

“The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”
