“Hotel is family owned and operated. Centrally located in the heart of VRSA. The family is super nice and acommodating. The hotel is clean all throughout the property and the area is very safe. Highly recommended!”

“Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. ”

“An old hotel needs a complete renovation Hot water was dirty contacted the front desk at 9pm Told us she will call the maintenance person, nothing happen until we checked out , we couldn't take a shower that night”

“We really love the hotel,, very relaxed atmosphere , clean, staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Swimming pool was really well maintained, sun bed were comfortable. ”

“Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. ”
