If you are a light and sensitive sleeper, bring ear plugs. I am not at all, so the rattling and squeaking window AC unit was not a problem for me. The AC unit worked so well. Never used the heater. For two full beds in the room we had a lot of floor space considering it being NY. The elevators are small and have no AC. The lounge is pretty. It’s greatly located. A short walk down to Times Square. It’s was noisy at all in the hotel and even though the beds weren’t great to sleep in, if you do NY right, it won’t matter and you will sleep just fine. They provide soft blankets to sleep with which has been a first for me and a nice touch. Safe, iron and board, tv, small table and two chairs. The bathroom was obviously small but still doable with 4 women on the trip. There is a lack of outlets so bring a power strip or something. Smooth check-in and check out. There was one staff member who seemed grumpy and we would avoid but the rest were great.

Habitación grande y cómoda para 4 personas. El staff súper amables y atentos hablan español. Desayuno buffet variado y el fashion bar sirve comida para todos los gustos. También tiene una cafetería que hacen cafés, batidas, ensaladas, sándwiches y helado. Súper céntrico para ir a Times Square a solo 2 min caminando. Súper recomendado

Excellent location in midtown in order to travel north or south of the manhattan. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the lighting in the room was very dim. We sent a note to the manager but there was no response.
The only thing that was not good was charging the resort fee which was about $50 a day for amenities that most people in the hotel do not use.
Restaurant off the lobby for breakfast and dinner was convenient and the staff were very attentive. However the breakfast was expensive ( $14- $18 for omelette / eggs or yogurt ) and it had a limited menu. We ended up going to various places on Madison which was half the price - eg. Pret n manger.
We would stay again.
