“Hotel was clean, staff was accommodating, valet for car its very hard to find parking around town, the room looked new and very clean. Noise cancellation also was important as its in a city.”

“호텔 자체 주차장은 없다고 봐야 하지만(발렛 파킹만 가능) 바로 맞은편에 Public Parking Lot이 있어서 손쉽게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 아마존 스피어, 각종 백화점까지 매우 가까운 도보 거리이며, 인근에 스타벅스도 두 군데 있습니다. 맛집으로 언급되는 Serious Pie, 스타벅스 1호점, 스타벅스 로스터리 1호점도 도보 가능 거리입니다. 북미권 호텔로서는 드물게 방 천장에 조명이 있어서 아시아계 손님으로서 편리했으며 방 안에 충전을 위한 콘센트도 많은 편입니다. 로비에서 사과를 자유롭게 가져갈 수도 있으며, 무료 커피 제공 시간도 있습니다. 화장실은 많이 좁지만 욕조가 있습니다. 엘리베이터 두 대 중 한 대가 계속 고장중이라 별점 한 개 뺐어요. ”

“We had multiple flight cancellations that meant we needed to adjust our stay, but despite us giving the reservations team plenty of notice and choosing to stay at their sister hotel at Montreal airport, they were very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Because it was Calgary Stampede and the notice we (voluntarily) gave, they would've almost certainly have charged another family for use of our room, but still charged us in full, hiding behind the T&C's. Very disappointing.”
