Central nice hotel in Bad Gastein

Overall a very good hotell. We missed the air condition so we had to have the windows open which created som disturbance. The wether was quite hot our week. The internet is slow and hardly work at the balcony in our room.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience

Fantastiskt hotell, har allt och med hög kvalitet!

Fantastiskt! Kärt återseende av servitör Albert (som jobbade på hotel Post i vintras). Du är bäst😁 Vi gillar allt här från spa, frukost och magiska middagar till kvällsunderhållningen. Underbara omgivningar och dessutom fick vi superbt rum med balkong och magisk utsikt! Kunde dessutom förlänga vistelsen med en dag utan problem.

Eleganssia hyvällä sijainnilla

Historiaa henkivä laatuhotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Patikoinnin jälkeen sauna ja porealtaat tuntuivat hyvältä. Viiden ruokalajin herkulliset illalliset kruunasivat päivät.

Meget bra hotell. Jeg har bodd der to år på rad, og kommer til å velge det igjen neste gang jeg skal reise til Bad Gastein:) God frokost, meget god service og godt renhold. Og perfekt beliggenhet med tanke på alt!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen nicht zu verbessern, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Das Haus ist schon älter, fällt aber nicht ins Gewicht, da es ist noch in einem sehr guten Zustand ist. Bäder und Wellness top in Schuss. Die Aussicht vom Bett und Balkon über den Ort ins Tal bleibt unvergessen. Ich hatte ganz tolle Massagen während meines Aufenthalts genossen. Wir sind uns einig, wir kommen wieder.

Charmigt gammalt hotell

Charmigt gammalt hotell som kanske haft sina glansdagar. Förvånande att det var så mycket svenskar på hotellet. Mycket barnfamiljer som förde ett oväsen inne på spa-avdelningen. Vi var där under sommartid. Hade halvpension med mycket god frukost och med middag på kvällen.

Stökig parkering. Fanns för få platser vid hotellet. Ingen i receptionen visste var alternativ parkering fanns. Uppenbart att alla barnfamiljer placerades längst in i restaurangen bredvid köket utan någon som helst utsikt. Trots flertalet önskemål om att få byta till ett ledigt bord vid fönstren (med fantastisk utsikt) så gick det inte att lösa. Det kändes som att det var meningen att barnfamiljer skulle hållas undan från övriga gäster. Generellt sett ganska medioker hotellupplevelse.

Väldigt nöjd med allt, snabb städning, fantastisk utsikt från rummet, väldigt liten balkong men med den utsikten räckte det gott o väl. Marginellt lite lyhört, troligen pga en connecting door till nästa rum.

Für Bahnreisende ein ideales Hotel, da nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus hat alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, versprüht aber dennoch den Charme vergangener Größe Gasteins.

Fantastiskt!

Fantastiskt hotell med otroligt bra mat. Jättestor frukostbuffé och middag med kombinerad buffé och meny(5 rätter). Mysig bar med liveband alla kvällar. 2 mycket trevliga spaavdelningar som ingår. Stora trevliga rum med utsikt över dalgången och centrala Bad Gastein.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Salzburger Hof and actually wished I had spent more time here. I had amazing views from the balcony from my room given a panoramic vision of the town and the mountains and valley. The room was also very spacious and clean, and I even had a chandelier. Even though I didn’t use the bath in my room, I very much appreciate the option of both a bath & shower. Far too many modern hotels have done away with a bath in order to save space, but on holidays, it is nice to luxuriate. The reason I didn’t use the bath in the room is because the hotel has it owns spa area, which I would have liked to make use more off. The staff were all very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was good, there were good options and a large range of foods on offer. I would be very happy to stay here again if I pass through Bad Gastein once more.

Top - bis bald mal wieder :)

Top, leider sind die Saunen schon zu bald abgeschaltet gewesen (im Wellnessbereich im 2. Stock - um halb 8 wurden die schon kalt - aber das ist auch schon das einzige, das es zu bemängeln gäbe :)
