Es war insgesamt sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war etwas zu klein und leider ohne Massagedüsen. Die Dampfgrotte hätte ich mir mit kräuterdüften gewünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und lecker.

Unser Zimmer in der Gartenvilla war wunderbar. Nagelneu renoviert, nur der Regendusche fehlte ein wenig der Druck. Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Alles in Laufnähe. Der Service beim Frühstück war etwas alte Schule, ein Lächeln mehr würde den tollen Räumlichkeiten sicher gerecht.

Sehr schönes Luxushotel

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Badezimmer sehr elegant. Nur das Zustellbett in unserer Suite hätte schon längst ausgemustert werden. Die Summe, die uns dafür angerechnet wurde, fanden wir etwas unverschämt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Kurpark und damit wunderbar zentral, auch zum Bahnhof, wo der Shuttle zur Messe abfuhr, wahren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das alte Gebäude ist wunderschön. Wir waren im neueren Flügel untergebracht, der über einen unterirdischen Gang erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer waren OK, eher zweckmäßig. Der Speisesaal im alten Teil ist opulent und wunderschön, das Frühstücksbuffet dort richtig gut und abends haben wir auch einmal dort gegessen, auch Buffet und dafür hervorragend. Das Personal war ausnahmslos enorm freundlich. Das große Schwimmbad hatten wir fast für uns allein. Alles in allem top!

Zentral gelegen, direkt am Kurpark kurzer Weg in das Zentrum. Hotel räumlich sehr großzügig gestaltet. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Servicepersonal. Schöner sehr großer Innenpool. Alle Einrichtungen vorbildlich sauber. Frühstücksbuffet gut sortiert, nicht außergewöhnlich. Vermißt den Lachs, zu dem ich auch gern ein Glas Prosecco gehabt hätte. Rühreier eher eine kompakte Masse. Säfte für meinen Geschmack zu stark gesüßt. Wir kommen wieder, da das Gesamtpaket stimmig und preislich i. O. war.

Tolles Traditionshotel im Herzen des Kurviertels!

Das traditionsträchtige Hotel in Bad Kissingens Kurviertel hat mich durch die wunderschönen Räumlichkeiten (Frühstücksraum) und den Wellness-Bereich beeindruckt. Sehr gute Frühstücksleistung in tollem Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, ansprechende Zimmer.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen vor allem die Lage des Hotels. Leider gibt es keine Zimmer mit geschlossenen Türen zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aber die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat uns überzeugt. Und auch das Frühstück für jedermann was dabei und ein schöner Wellness Schwimm Bereich mit kleinem Garten zum draußen sitzen.

Et fint hotel Iben hyggelig lille by.

Et fint ældre hotel med god beliggenhed. Spa området er nyt, og rigtig flot og funktionelt. Morgenmad var lige som forventet på et 4-stjernet tysk hotel, bare ok. Spiste ellers ikke på hotel. Indtjekning foregik lidt hurtigt og upersonligt. God beliggenhed i forhold til by og spisemuligheder. Er ok sted for en overnatning på vej til og fra ferie sydpå.

Schönes Hotel an perfekter Lage

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Kaiserhof Victoria. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite in der Gartenvilla. Das Zimmer war eher älter aber blitz sauber und sehr grosszügig. Toller kleiner Balkon. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind neu renoviert, sehr schön und einladend. Die Corona Massnahmen wurden sehr gut umgesetzt. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
