Für Feriengäste mit Sicherheit ein wunderbares Haus das mit großzügigen Zimmern und einen familiären Ambiente punkten kann. Für Geschäftsreisende eher nicht so zu empfehlen. Das fängt mit der Rezeption an , die um 18.00 Uhr schon nicht mehr besetzt ist, und man sich den Schlüssel aus einem Automaten holt. Dann tappt man durchs Menschenleere Gsus und sucht sein Zimmer. Restaurant und Bar? Natürlich nicht vorhanden. Für Mendchen die dort Urlaub machen, bestimmt eine Empfehlung. Für Geschäftsreisende nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Perfect location & personal touch

Perfect location. Room was more like an apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen & bathroom. Personal touch throughout from e-mail pre-arrival, flexibility on parking (€7 per day in safe, underground car park very reasonable), to check-out. Great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

nettes Ambiente in schöner und ruhiger Lage

insgesamt sehr gut, in der Küche und Bad hat es aber immer nach Gulli gerochen. Durchlüften hat nur kurzzeitig geholfen. Hotel würden wir wieder nehmen, war insgesamt gut. Hunde erlaubt ist sehr positiv

Highly recommended as a place to relax in. Lovely comfortable rooms. Very clean. Very god service always with a smile and attention. Breakfast is good and generous. The town is lovely and so are the neighboring towns and the scenery.

Gute Lage mit Charme

Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise habe ich im Residenz Hotel in Bad Kissingen übernachtet. Gefühlt eher ein Kurhotel, aber man fühlt sich auch als beruflich Reisender sehr gut aufgehoben. Sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit viel Charme. Der Empfang war extrem freundlich und zuvor kommend. Am Haus und in einer Tiefgarage sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Appartment mit Küche, etwas schmal geschnitten, aber ausreichend gross. Alles sehr sauber, intakt und auch mit Stil. Es gibt einen Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick in Gärten und ins Grüne. Gefallen haben mir die vielen Fenster, komplett mit elektrischen Rolläden ausgestattet, die wohltuende Ruhe und die zweckmässige Ausstattung. Gut wären vielleicht bei der vorhandenen Küche kleine Portionen an Kaffee, Tee und Zucker, sowie Becher. Die Lage ist für Exkursionen zu Fuss ideal, egal ob man an der Saale spazieren gehen will, oder die Innenstadt erkunden will. Das Frühstück ist völlig ok. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage in Bad Kissingen

Wir waren positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Saale. Die Familie Schneider (Leitet das Hotel) Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Stil muss einem halt gefallen. Freunde des Barock haben ihre Freude.

Direkt am Kurpark am Rande der Fussgängerzone, 5 Min Autofahrt bis Therme-Buss haben wir nicht benutzt weil die Busshaltestelle ca 500 Meter entfernt, für Nov war zu weit weg. Elegante Einrichtung, sehr freundliche Personal, sehr gute Frühstück Buffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
