"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! "The beds creaked loudly every time we moved. A/C did not keep room cool . The check in staff were helpful and good but when we checked out with our 4 pieces of luggage, we got to the airport entrance and it had been blocked off for an emergency. There’s no way the desk staff didn’t know about it but never bothered to mentioned it and how to get around to get us to our flight. I’d say most clients are using the airport so all staff should be aware of any irregularities and know how to advise/help their guests. Removing problems and making things easy is the reason to stay at the airport hotels. If you’re not doing that - you’re losing business."
