"Cute but spacious cabins with views of the lake. Helpful and friendly staff. Limited restaurant menu as it was low season but excellent cooking and generous portions. Great breakfast buffet. "

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Wonderful property and staff. Rooms were beautiful "

"Excellent "

"Stylish and well-kept hotel with friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate."

"Oui très bien "

"Hôtel bien placé et très propre . Parking . Ce qui est étonnant c'est que le balcon dessert toutes les chambres sans recoupement il faut dont fermer la baie et tirer le rideau car une personne d'une chambre voisine pourrait s'introduire ou regarder. A moins que le balcon ne serve d'issue de secours mais ça je ne sais pas."

"Ok, for what you went to do!"

"Property has seen better days . Needs more staff but those there were v friendly and helpful. Good location"

"We loved it! The street in front of the hotel was blocked for a village festival, so the staff carried our luggage 100 meters to the hotel. The menu for the night was hamburgers; as Americans we know hamburgers, and this was one of the vest we've had! The breakfast has all local products and was great -- a good value at 14 euros. Highly recommended!"

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

"Nice hotel on a river. We enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay and excellent restaurant. In a quaint town, but we’ll worth the drive. We had a wonderful time."

"Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation. "

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"Excellent séjour. Vous ne sera pas déçu. Génial."
