Traditional German Guest House.

Resturant unavailable during our visit due to the lack of staff so check before booking . However this is nice family run hotel with a good breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size and were clean with a 1970s feel. Quiet location & convenient on the B500 just outside town & the hotel down the road has a superb resturant 5 min walk away.

This was a lovely hotel. However, be warned that if you book a room based on the picture you will be let down- there was no four-poster bed in our room. Actually although we had clearly booked a Kat4 room with a balcony, the first room we were allocated had no balcony and a view from the window of a wall. We complained and were then given a slightly larger room with a shared balcony, but no sign of the four poster bed. Breakfast was fine, and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Friendly staff and a traditional vibe

A beautiful and traditional hotel, with exceptional service and traditionally adorned rooms. Breakfast selection is simple but very high quality and again exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again. Sad to leave.

Eenvoudig maar prima hotel. Verwacht geen luxe maar een brandschone kamer, eenvoudig maar lekker eten in een gezellige, Duits vormgegeven eetkamer (veel hout). De afzuiging van de keuken laat wel wat te wensen over maar de trui een nachtje buiten hangen en dat probleem is ook opgelost. Het hotel wordt duidelijk gewaardeerd door de buurt want, toen wij er op zaterdagavond waren zat de ‘Garten’ vol en het restaurant vol met lokale mensen. We hebben er 1 nacht geslapen op doorreis vanuit Italië en we zetten dit Gasthaus hoog op ons lijstje.

Super point de chute!

Hôtel très agréable situé sur les extérieurs de Baden-Baden (à 10min du centre en voiture). Chambre spacieuse, propre, aménagée de manière typique (un peu rustique) avec du mobilier en bois, l'ensemble était chaleureux et charmant. Le petit-déjeuner (compris dans le prix) se presente sous forme d'un copieux buffet avec quelques produits locaux et est réapprovisionné par des femmes vêtues de tenues traditionnelles. Il y a de la place pour se garer à proximité directe de l'hôtel. En résumé, le rapport qualité prix est excellent, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain week-end!
