This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3 star! Half of the lights in the pool area didn't work, the water spout in the pool didn't work, nobody was around to assist in the entire spa area and several of the sauna / mud baths etc were not in service. One very nice outdoor sauna did work!! Breakfast was quite good but the restaurant was questionable with bar food. They could definitely use some proper maintance!! I won't be spending over 200 Euros a night again for a mediocro old run down facility.

Grundsätzlich erwarte ich unter einem De-Luxe Zimmer mehr!! Das Zimmer ist eher klein mit Teppich, Dusche war alt und hat "miefig" gerochen = haben da nie geduscht. Balkon konnte nicht benutzt werden, Dachterrasse ist im Umbau. Wellness-Bereich ist i.O. / Frühstück i.O. Wir würden nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ab 18 Uhr keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Man muss sich im Restaurant melden. Die haben aber leider wenig bis gar keine Ahnung vom EINCHECKEN und noch dazu wenig Zeit da diese mit dem Abendessen beschäftigt waren. Vielleicht sollte man ihnen wenigstens eine Unterweisung in Sachen Computer an der Rezeption geben. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, das alle Angestellten vom Restaurant super super freundlich und bemüht waren mir, ich glaube es war der Küchenchef, dann ein schönes Zimmer zu geben.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem prima Hallenbad. Unglaublich liebevoll sortiertes Frühstücks - Büfett. Nettes unkonventionelles lokal mit der Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Allerdings für Leute die mit Bus und Bahn kommen, wenig Hilfestellung.

Ich habe die Nacht im Fini Resort total genossen- Therme, Sauna Drinks suuuper! Das Frühstück was meeega ! - drr Frühstückskaffee lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig -war mehr Wasser als Kaffee :-/ In der 4. Etage ist das WLAN = Null … kaum Empfang:-( vielleicht kann man das mal weiterleiten… ABER : BADENWEILER UND FINI - RESORT : WIR KOMMEN WIEDER !!!! liebe Grüsse aus der 🇨🇭!

merveilleux

tout est génial, nous y avions déjà séjourné, et cet hôtel est superbe. Propreté 20/20 dans les chambres mais également dans l'hôtel. Très bel hôtel, et l'eau de la piscine est pas trop froide par rapport à certain hôtel. Je recommande forte d'y séjourné. Petit déjeuner très bon et très varié.
