"Although we had booked Pool-facing rooms, we got allotted sub-ground level stinky rooms. The backside region, next to balcony was stinking like anything because of open gutter."

"Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses...

There were some spots on bed sheet, even they clean they charged for 1200 without listening anything. The staffs are very unfriendly and their behavior were disgusting. You can get far better hotel with this amount. Strongly not recommend to anyone. "
