The room was clean with a beautiful view. The bathroom had been nice renovated in the style of the hotel design. Really beautiful and comfortable room. Wonderful staff and very accommodating to our struggles with speaking French. The dinner was nice, we recommend the pistachio crème brule!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel. Les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute de la clientèle. Les chambres sont très calmes, décorées dans le style XIXème. Choix assumé, qui correspond parfaitement avec ce très bel établissement, chargé d'histoire, qui défit le temps depuis 5 générations. Surtout, ne changez rien ! C'est parfait comme ça. Le jardin est d'une pure beauté, avec sa haie d'hortensia. Cerise sur le gâteau, la piscine, dont nous pouvons profiter même après avoir rendu la chambre. Que dire sur le restaurant ? Simplement un grand whaou ! Personnel irréprochable, au petit soin et d'un grand professionnalisme. La cuisine est digne d'un grand restaurant, c'était un délice, de l'entrée au dessert. Un riz au lait incroyablement bon. Si vous recherchez un établissement où séjourner à Luchon, je vous conseille chaleureusement l'hôtel d'Etigny. Emplacement idéal, en face des thermes.

Accueil ronchon. Renseignements par téléphone succincts et non fonctionnels. Réservation introuvable à notre arrivée. Demande de parking non prise en compte et raisonnement. Ascenseur qui bloque. Toilettes parties communes nauséabondes. Chambre rebutante : cheveux dans literie, draps piquants, toile d'araignée, fauteuil tâché, réveil matinal obligatoire par ménage, mal insonorisé, chaleur, 107€ pour vue déplorable sur l'arrière, serviettes de piscine entassées sur chaises à l'accueil. Mesures hygiènes et covid à revoir ainsi que les 3 étoiles. Si déçus et mal accueillis, nous n'avons utilisé que la chambre. Pourtant habitués des séjours en hôtels, je comprends qu'en plein we de la Fête des Fleurs de Luchon, cet hôtel avait des chambres libres.

Great base for exploring the mountains on both sides of the border whether its cycling or motoring. Secure parking for our motorcycles at a reasonable price. Good menu for diner with lots of restairants in the town around the corner.

Je ne conseille pas du tout cet établissement et voici la raison : Lors de mon séjour j'ai été très malade après avoir manger au restaurant de l'hotel, jusque la ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver, cependant la réponse du PROPRIETAIRE, lui même, au moment ou je lui fais part de ma mésaventure, et je le cite "c'est de la faute à votre métabolisme, vous êtes sorti de vos habitudes alimentaire..." et il rajoute "nous avons servi la même coquille st jacques à 80 tables vous êtes le seul malade..." Je vous laisse juger ! Bref une personne peu scrupuleuse, malhonnête et absolument pas professionnel ! Il m'arrive d'organiser des séminaire pour mon entreprise cet établissement ne fera jamais parti des sites potentiels ! Bien à lui
