In the heart of Luchon

A great location in Luchon. You walk out the front door and you are on the main street. Enjoyed great food in the restaurant. Very friendly staff .

Great hotel. The hot tub wasn’t hot and the dry sauna wasn’t working, but the pool was great. The hammam was nice too. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but not very expensive, so still worth it. The restaurant had good cocktails. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

Nice hotel in the heart of Bagnères-de-Luchon. I spent two nights here which was preceded by two nights in their sister property, the Alti Hotel immediately next door. While both were quiet nice and comfortable with equally good breakfast buffets, Le Castel d’Alti was considerably more pricey than the Alti Hotel, and in all honesty, the bed at the Alti was more comfortable too, so for this reason, I would choose the Alti Hotel over Le Castel d’Alti. That said, both were quite nice and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux, petit bémol sur l'accueil a l'arrivée ( dommage pour un 4 étoiles 😉)mais l'hôtel en lui même est impeccable.propre, confort,les chambres très spacieuses et parfaitement équipées et les espaces spa sont tops.il est très bien situé qui de plus est. Révéillés pendant la nuit par activités festives

Bel Hotel, mais nous avons été très décu d'etre reveillé à 5 heures du matin par des bruits de sortie de boite de nuit, de personnes visiblement bien éméchées et chantant pendant 20 minutues dans la rue. Dommage que ce bel hotel aux prestations impeccables n'est pas traité l'acoustique par rapport à la rue des chambres et que le maire de la ville soit diletante sur ce genre de pratiques nocturnes

Tres bon séjours juste que le spa étais en panne alors que l'on on paye cette prestation l'éclairage du miroirs dans la chambres ne fonctionnait pas et si on prenait un douche trop longtemps il y avais de l'eau partout après le reste était Tres bien sur le ménage sur la chambre très bien fait et le petit déjeuner tres bon et gourmand

Super hôtel!

Hôtel vraiment très agréable ! Tout était parfait. L'hôtel a dû être C'est calme, Tout est propre, la literie est vraiment confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse, WC séparés. La piscine avec le jacuzzi donnant sur un espace extérieur au calme est très agréable.
