“First stay at Mountain Park hotel Flint. Great welcome off lovely, friendly staff. Welcome information given. Our room was lovely and spacious. Very clean and a comfortable bed. “Lovely little hotel we would t hesitate to stay in again. We had a lovely welcome on arrival, and the room was clean and functional. Yes, it’s dated and parts are not ideal but the owner is obviously trying to improve as and when they can and responds to all feedback positively. I think the descriptions of the rooms etc could do to be improved just for clarity, but it’s a minor issue. I’ll definitely be back in the future. ”

“We had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit. The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers. ”

“Me and my hushad an amazing weekend for our 1st anniversary, food was excellent location was fantastic. Hottub in the forrest was an experience, although the Sauna was a little too small, not much value for money we paid on the twilight package we picked. Next time we would just book the hottub. Peacocks roaming around the grounds feeding out of your hands was something else. I would highly recommend a stay at Ruthin Castle. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was refreshing staying in an independently run hotel as we often stay at chain hotels. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble.
