"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"Well, This hotel is not a 4 star by any means, Staff is very good no doubt, they helped me when needed, But there travel Desk Trying to Rip me off whenever they got chance, this time india was suffring from Demonatization and i needed to book Taxi from hotel only due to cash Crunch, but They charge me every time Heavy sum. Even on last day when i needed to go airport they charge me for a taxi for whole Day!!!!, So overall felt cheated ! Lights in night get of every time they needed to...
