The accommodations were impeccably maintained, and the pool facilities were pristine. The General Manager demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The night shift bartender provided outstanding service.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were very accommodating from the front desk associates, to the chefs and bartender. The grounds were well maintained. We loved the delicious made to order breakfast. The only downsides were that the elevator had a few issues and one of the tvs in our suite did not work. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The only complaints I have is that you can hear the person above your room walking. And the room doors needs a seal or cover to block the light from the hallway from entering the rooms.

What is a welcome addition to the subpar options in Bainbridge is already showing signs of devolving. Check in employee does not know how to use the computer, EV charging ports all dead, mediocre food, espresso machine one day without coffee, the next day not working. I had sent an email to the GM whose card is on the front desk, and I am still waiting for a reply 2 weeks after. Mr GM, wake up..
