The walls appeared dirty and the bathroom itself was hard to tell if the grout was just old or moldy. The water in the shower smelled strange and in turn made the building smell strange if multiple showers were taken at once. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever had. The parking is misleading and on the street. The couch bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than queen bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere on the days we stayed in Reyk. Parking was fine if you know where to go and how to pay each day. "We had a mix up in our reservation but Natalia was very helpful and resolved it to our satisfaction. We were traveling with our teenage grandson and both Ava and Natalia made sure he was served food for a growing boy. We stayed in the new separate building and were very comfortable."

"Room was spacious with excellent storage options for 3 overpacked women! The staff were professional and helpful, everything was very clean, parking was ample, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. It was an excellent option with a reasonable (for Iceland) price."
