Was a nice stay, facilities need a bit of refurbishment Room we stayed in, curtains are not fully blinding , considering that the hotel faces the sunrise, it needs to be taken into account

Beautiful sea view (deluxe room) and nice walking area with little forest inside. Season has not started yet so beach was not ready to enjoy it. We didn’t have hot water in the beginning, but they fixed it quickly. Spa and gym are of a very high standard. What we didn’t like is extra charge (47 AZN) for the dog. Overall great experience, will come again

Great Place Amazing Location

Set in an amazing peaceful location. The stay was during week days and it was a place where one can relax. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were generally nice and friendly. Some were more helpful than others. The lack of consistency may be due to additional training needs. I did not have breakfast but used Buddah bar and beach area cafe. Food was nice but quantity on the small side. This is acceptable as quality goes first. They have other restaurants too but not tried them. The beach area and water park were brilliant.

Hotels.com only offers standard room where as family rooms offered on hotel's own webpage. Rooms were given on a different floors on 2 opposite ends of hotel. Phone was not working in one of the rooms, shower door wont close hence leak water on the floor. When paying almoat 900$ for 2 night stay asking over 17s to pay extra 12$ for aquapark entry seems unfair whereas booking on hotes webpage is free :(. Breakfast is far from 5*.

The Place is very nice. Most of the staff had very poor basic English. The AC in the room was not working properly and had to change rooms the following day. Generally speaking the AC in the Bar and the halls and Lobby was not cooling at all. As a matter of fact the AC at the airport had the same issues.

Beautiful but less than what I expected...

Hotel Bilgah is a beautiful hotel located in an amazing seaside property away from busy city center. What I can say that did not meet my expectation was the quality and quantity of the its breakfast menu.
