"Very pleasant. Too much light in the room (emanating from the electronics on the ceiling and from under the door) and the bed was softer than I’m used to so it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. With only one elevator in service the wait could be very long so I took the stairs to and from the 11th floor throughout my stay, which was fine since there was not a gym and I am in reasonable shape. All in all the hotel is charming and I got a good rate from Hotels.com so I was content with my choice."

"Loved the view of the harbor from bayfront balcony Our room was close to a very noisy elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Ryan at the front desk is a wonderful asset to your company. We will definitely return to this property"

"Air conditioner was not working properly. Got into the room and it was stuffy. The staff didn’t direct us to the rooms, so we were walking around until we asked. Staff wasn’t very helpful. The only staff that said a word was the parking attendants. "

"Overall great stay, loved the location most as it was fairly close to everything we wanted to do. Someone came to clean our room everyday. Very convenient there was a bar & diner there we didn’t eat there though so idk how the food is. Other amenities were ok. The gym was sad if that matters to you. One thing I was not a fan of was that there was no full body mirror in our room."
