“Only thing I dont like tbey charge you a deposit and they take to long long to refund your deposit back and if i place my credit card on hold i shouldn't have to leave a deposit”

“매우 좋은 위치. 넓은 객실. 호텔 내 만족스러운 식당. 친절한 프론트와 발렛 서비스. 발렛과 개인이 주차장을 이용하는데 비용차이가 얼마 나지않아 발렛을 이용하는것이 편하다고 생각. 단, 모두 발렛을 원해서인지 처음 발렛을 맡기는데 시간이 좀 오래걸림”

“Late night check in after a long drive. Front desk employee was so friendly, even with my tired and nearly cranky self. She had a customer service mindset and hopefully gets recognized for her job well done.”

“It was good. When I got there, It was difficult to aware where the gate was. When I see my room first, there were some towels and pillows on the bed. Cleaning up wasn't perfect after work. My room was at 1st floor and I can see everything over the window and everything can see me too, so I cannot open the curtain. Except those 3 things, it was great night to sleep.”

“This was a beautiful property very convenient to downtown Dallas and all shopping areas of Dallas. The only negative that I do have is that the hotel is too close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper like myself the highway noise will keep you up all night. ”
