“This hotel has seen better days. It is undergoing some renovations....Our room had no cover on electrical outlet, fridge froze everything in less than 12 hours, cigarette burns on all furniture and tub, chair was so bad with stains, tears and cig burns, we were afraid to sit on it. I guess you get what you pay for....the room rate was great!!!”

“Nothing short of exceptional”

“The property is dated, the room was clean other than the lamp shades need dusted. The front desk gentleman was friendly. Property was kept up and the location is excellent. Within walking distance of restaurants. Grocery store about 2 minutes away by car. I would definitely stay again.”

“The first room we were given had a broken TV. The second room had a broken sink drain, shower drain andbthe TV had pixel lines running vertically every 1 inch. Internet speed was slow and TV only had about 4 channels. Thankfully i brought a HDMI so I could share my phone screen. One male staff member was very cordial but the rest were lazy, worthless and did not understand English well. I refilled the coffee and hot water urns both mornings at the sub par breakfast. “The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.”
