"Hotel gave a voucher worth Euro5 for purchase of essentials at lobby. Breakfast is wide spreads and good. Open Car park next the hotel at Euro 16/day; parking directions to hotel to improve. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Firstly, the welcome and hospitality which was exceptional. We lost our way to the hotel and the owner talked us through the route on the phone, even offering to come and meet us to guide us there! Secondly, the food in the restaurant was really tasty and very good value. The room was a little small but was clean and modern. No complaints!"

"Internet was not the best, but it was OK. As a place to stay in the city center. It’s very nice. However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions. Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "
